I don't think any of this holds a candle to all of the coincidental security failure for starters. In the end, its just math and the probability of a perfect storm of events like this actually happening.

Now if RFK had led the NHS for say a decade, vax rates had gone down during that period of time, and today we had under 10y old getting measles en mass, you could reasonably claim a causal effect.
But people who are getting measles now weren't due their vaccination while RFK was in power, so , again, what is the causal effect? what he said before he was in power? and then why claim firing the vaccine advisory board has anything to do with people getting measles today?

And the answer, the objective one is , YES, it is materially impossible that firing every member of the vaccine advisory committee in June 2025 caused current measles cases. It's a complete, utter non sequitur. Those people can't prevent cases in July 2025 by being on the board in June 2025.

What do you mean, the dems already had > 90% chance of retaking the house in 2026 even before BBB passing. A small margin during a presidential year almost always gets reversed in midterms even with nothing done by the admin that can cause problems.

Off topic - there’s this parent in our after school group who is constantly trying to get people to invest in this Goat blood miracle cure. His efforts have increased exponentially since RFK was appointed.
I asked him how much he’s put in, and he told me at least 400K since 2018. He says that the Biden admin was just stalling approval because they’re in bed with Big Pharma, and that this thing is guaranteed to come to market this year because RFK supports “right to try”, and that the inventor has spoken to RFK personally three times this year. I googled the “inventor” and he has a fraud conviction and his son is banned by the SEC from being on company boards.

I worked nights for years and some of my colleagues would often take a two hour nap. Only reason I didn't was because I thought it would mess up my body clock. I wouldn't find guards pulling a night shift going to sleep unduly unusual.
