Thank you for your quick reply and the explanation. I already have the settings like that, but I still have the problem that when 5 players are on a 6-max table and 5 players are on a 7-max table, the HUD stats are not being merged. Instead, there are two different hand counts on each table. What can I do?

Probably the easiest thing to do, instead of guessing what setting is off for you, is send a support message form the DH2 icon and click send advanced log. This will send your HUD files so the support staff can check to see what settings are incorrect and offer suggestions.

Never seen that before and they have previously approved us, and nothing of significance has changed. So I'm not sure if it's a mistake, or what's going on honestly. We'll apparently need to reach out to their contacts, but they did not contact us about this in any way.

Just Fyi, it's working fine for me and some other people have said it's OK too.

You need to remove the Apply to specific table option from all of your HUDs and save them. Then it will work.


I am getting the same message on WPN (ACR and BCP). Not permitted to run Drivehud2.exe. Updated DH. rebooted. Doesn't change anything.

Yup... e-mail ACR support. We've reached out to them. This is completely random and w/o notification. We're waiting for them to reply on what's going on, because it's not even happening for everyone.

I'll have to check w/ the dev team tomorrow, but I believe it's any non made hand. It may include bottom pair or second to bottom, but I'll verify and let you know.

It's a custom stat expression, so it's what you'd enter into the custom stat section (top right in filter menu).

Would you also get the definitions for all 5? The definitions section only say's Boolean.

Its every WPN skin that is saying this. Is ACR in charge of all of the WPN software? What should the email say? Please let me use Drivehud2.exe even though its apparently violating some TOS?

You just ask them why this is happening, as it was previously approved software. It helps when they know their customers are upset. It moves things along faster as we have to wait for them to fix it.

This is not 100% confirmed, but it appears if you load up ACR / WPN first, and then drivehud, you don't get this message.

I don't play GG, but you can use anyone as the Hero, view a hand, and click through the players. You are the one with most (if not all) the hole cards.

this solution only lasts a few minutes before we get this pop-up again

That worked for me. Load WPN first then drivehud. Otherwise it freezes on startup with the prohibited software message.

Yeah, they scan processes eventually again though and will block it.

We're just going to put out a version of bypass this for now until ACR does the professional thing and responds to us. We work w/ a lot of their brand ambassadors, so if there was some issue, they should have just done the professional courtesy of reaching out to us. These are also their customers.

I want to post publically that Drivehud 2 has not done any significant feature changes to the HUD in the past 4+ years. During this time, America's Cardroom and WPN network clients have had no issue w/ Drivehud 2, and it was confirmed in compliance w/ ACR and WPN's TOS. We believe this change to ban Drivehud 2 is in error.

We've reached out to all of our contacts at ACR, with no response so far. We've worked and designed custom HUDs for several of their brand ambassadors over the years, and they are also upset, and have reached out to their contacts, still with no response.

If there is something in Drivehud 2, that ACR thinks is no longer in compliance w/ their TOS, we will of course correct that issue in order to remain in compliance. They did not extend the courtesy of letting us know about any issues, before they decided to arbitrarily list Drivehud 2 as banned software on their site and WPN network sites.

We will update this thread accordingly.

I complained to ACR. They would only says that their Security determined that "some features" do not comply with TOS. I told them I would be back to their site when the issue is resolved.

You have to change this for all of your HUDs, because according to support you set it in all of them. So the ones you use, you need to load in the HUD tab, then click the config icon next to selected stats, uncheck the apply to specific table option. Save.

Great, ty! The more people who contact their support, they more they will elevate the issue. We still haven't heard back from them.


We did finally hear back from ACR on their issue w/ Drivehud 2. They have a problem w/ hand charts in HUD, population reports in HUD, equity calculator and ICM calculator.

We're going to disable the hand charts and population reports if a WPN site is active. Similar things we do w/ HUD functions on sites that don't allow certain features, like pokerstars.

We're trying to figure out why they banned DH2 though if they don't like equity calculator or ICM, since all HUDs have these and they didn't ban any other ones. We'll update this thread as we know more.

You can contact Drivehud support for a temp workaround build if you want to play on there. Just email our support.
