When i was reading this it kinda got me thinking on why Rice isnt doing dumpster diving for food outside the grocery stores? It seems to be right up his alley.
I dont know how things work in the US,but in scandi countries dumpster diving is not legal-but the cops generally doesent bother with those doing it anyway. Its pretty popular amongst groups like extreme tightwads,homeless people,hippies or even all kinds of people if money gets super tight.
