Can't import DB from HM3 and HUD issues

I'm having two issues with H2N4.
First off, I'm using the program on a 2020 MacBook Air M1.
The H2N4 installation went perfectly, but I can’t import the HM3 database. Basically, when I try, I get to the screen where I have to select the file to import it: as soon as I do, H2N4 closes instantly without any warning or error message. So it’s impossible for me to import the database. I also tried exporting the hands from HM3 as TXT files and importing them into H2N, but the hands aren’t imported even though this time I’m able to select the file.
The second issue is the HUD: it works in the hand history, but it doesn’t appear when I’m in the game. (Auto-import works; I play on iPoker.)

Hello.
Hand histories from iPoker are saved in different formats by different trackers, so it is not possible to import them from another tracker into Hand2Note.
You can request your hand history directly from iPoker and then import it into Hand2Note 4.1.
To make the HUD appear on the tables, you need to disable SIP (System Integrity Protection) on macOS.
To check if SIP is enabled, open Terminal and enter the command:
csrutil status
SIP is a macOS security feature that protects critical system files and processes.

I think that I don't need to import it anymore. Anyway, I'll send you the DB as soon as I can.
But now I have another issue with the HUD:
I disabled SIP, and now the HUD appears, but it doesn't work as it should.
First of all, I don't know why, but on maybe one or two tables it doesn't show up (I play 6-max), or it stops updating. Meanwhile, it works on all the others.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
I almost forgot: then I noticed that the stats weren't updating. I remember it clearly because there was this fish at the table who 3-bet every hand, and the HUD showed a 0% 3-bet rate.
