Deposits are instantaneous and it usually takes 3-5 business days for withdrawals to appear in your bank account. Customer service is very good and the overall experience playing on Global is cool. Good luck at the tables!

As already mentioned, usually 3-4 days from ACR to bank account, if you have a verified account. Also, you can buy gift certificates (I do $50 or $100 Starbucks ) and have them (usually) within the hour. GCs also have a premium of a couple percent extra.

Why did global remove the timebank?

Yea, I was hoping it might have just been a glitch, but why did they remove the time bank? I ended up timing out on a few difficult decision hands while multi-tabling. I hope it's a bug and not something intentional

and yeah really fast n easy to take money off global - here in Canada cash out one day - have it the next morning in my bank account

Anyone had trouble verifying acc? I am from England but living in Vegas atm ive sent off the necessary documents but its been about 5 weeks, are their support just terrible? Not sure what to do

Support requests seem to be taking a very long time rn

I've been having an issue recently where the SnG lobby isn't updating games. It will show a given number of players and remain at that level, even after a game has started. For example, it will show "Maggie [Turbo] Players 2/9 enrolled" but when you click on the game, it will show that the tournament is full and has already begun. The new Maggie tournament never appears.

Anyone know a way to resolve this? What I've been doing is refreshing the browser but that sits me out of all my active games, which is annoying.

Anyone noticing some players having bot behavior, similar to the ones on Ignition?

I have played a 800k hands on the site and never once suspected someone of bot like behavior.

When in the SNG Lobby, click on one of the other tabs (Ring Games, Tournaments, etc.), then click back on Sit'n'Go, it'll refresh and update the lobby.

I haven't noticed any "bot" behavior but I did notice a guy that used to be a terrible player going from a huge fish to one of the top players on the site within a couple months/weeks; final tabling many of the highest stakes MTTs on GP (he went from -7K to +13K within a couple months and is now consistently crushing MTTs). It's like one day he just turned on a switch and started wining. When I asked him about it, he said he just studied a lot. Personally, it took me years of study to become a slightly winning player but this guy did it in a couple months/ weeks. I'm not saying this is impossible but I find it a bit suspicious. IDK maybe I'm just being paranoid, but the way he was playing was almost perfect. Always making the really good bets in position/ on the button with perfect sizing.

Once again, I can't prove anything, but i just find it a bit sus.

anyone else notice this? If u do, pls DM me with the players handle and lets gather some evidence.

Their FAQ says they accept American Express and MasterCard, so a pre-paid gift card with the MasterCard logo on it should* work

A $20K swing is pretty simple to do playing midstakes + MTTs and doesn't mean he's all the sudden a crusher.

i know before i seen some ppl 6 weeks some 8-10 weeks

curious to know if it can take up to 6 months

is it known what is the 'safe max' amount of sweeps mail ins we can send per month? i.e wager $5k usd per month on tournaments sending in 5k usd worth of mailins would be too high? we should be doing some fraction of that? 10% 25% etc?

so with these generated codes mailing once per month isnt a good idea ? we need to be sending out weekly?

To each their own, but when i did play on this site, i wrote a few cards everyday and mailed them the same day, this way you are not tiring from writing and have a steady income coming to you everyday after the 8-week period and never have to second guess anything that might have gone wrong. Just follow the rules to the t.

Does anybody know why global has rakeback for cash games and not SNG/MTT? Or maybe a rep can address a timeline when it could be implemented in the future?

unofficial thread so no rep will be addressing but I would imagine its not viewed as a winning promo to them.

there's enough competition in the cash game market that they pretty much have to offer something to get regs to put in volume there. tourneys, with guarantees and overlays, I think they view the regs as being somewhat baked into their schedule if they want to get in volume.

as for SnG's they're probably so far down the priority list and just not worth promoting in this day and age.
