TV: what have you been watching?
I think The Walking Dead may be the best drama thats currently airing/in production.

Finally fired up my long awaited rewatch of Breaking Bad. Haven't seen it since it aired week by week. Somewhere in season 2 right now. I remember the gist of it but none of the details. It's awesome so far! Didn't remember how combative the Walt/Jesse dynamic was. I'm guessing it softens as the story progresses. But this is A+ tv and I am glad I waited so long as it feels like I am watching with fresh eyes. Bingeing it is a new view of it as well.

Oh man, I'm envious of you. I still remember one of my greatest embarrassments. I heard all the hype before BB started and watched the pilot and thought "meh" and didn't continue watching. Didn't think about the show until seeing all the hype here and finally watched the season 4 premier "Box Cutter". I was absolutely blown away and immediately started back from the beginning and had my favorite TV experience of my life, when I finally caught up very quickly it was amazing to try to figure out what everyone here thought would happen next, and it rarely was the case! Vince Gilligan is a genius imo. I've probably watched the series 5-6 times and I always pick up new stuff. Enjoy!
I hope season 3 is better than season 2, which seemed to drag on. So far it seems better.
Sugar is also good. I enjoy trying to figure out what movies Sugar is watching.

Something I picked up on in my last BB rewatch.
In season 3 when Jesse figures out how much Gus is making compared to him and Walt. He gets upset at Walt for leaving so much money on the table and not caring. He asks, "What's more important than money?" For Walt, at the time, it was his family.
Later on in season 5 - Walt tells Jesse the Gray Matter story and how he's in the Empire Business. Afterwards they have the hilariously awkward dinner scene, and that's when Walt says something like all he has left is his business.

In the midst of the WWII documentary/series currently airing, I found this 6 part series. Crazy before/after film. From puffed up dress uniforms on horses, to A-Bombs in 30 years.
Highly recommend.

There are few contination errors too you pick up on a binge. Most glaring was when they had Crazy 8s captive in the basement (season 1) and Walt contemplates using one of Jesses 2 guns to kill him. Then in season 2 Jesse goes to buy a gun and has great difficulty figuring out how to open/load it as someone who never owned a gun.
There were a few more minor one as well that I have already forgotten but the guns were the most obvious.
I hope season 3 is better than season 2, which seemed to drag on. So far it seems better.

I LOVE Sugar. John, I also yell out the names of the movies and stars in the clips they show, to my GF's chagrin.
