I have my doubts. Spurs are somewhat organised, which should be more than enough to see us off.

You have added Gramuel being at the game equity

by MindFckr

I mean I would try everything in my power to get the vacation that Amorim, Maresca are getting on top dollar.

I have also missed the Spurs clash at the end of the game. Absolute cinema

After I stopped laughing, the first thing that came to mind was the Conte “please fire me” press conference where he went nuclear on Spurs. Frank is obviously too kind and composed to do such a thing, so maybe this was his version of that.

by TheGramuel

Has he not had this guy at any club apart from Wolves?

He was at Forest too. Not sure about Spurs.

The arteta team talk at half must have been less than inspiring.

Let’s go back to Saka roasting Kerkez alive please.

And ngl starting to get pretty worried about Gyokeres.

Forest were terrible under him imo, I know they luckboxed their way to 7th.

Neither team wanted to take a single risk. Which realistically I think is a worse decision from Liverpool than arsenal given the table positions. That being said Liverpools best chance to get anything from the game was always going to be ultra conservative. If they tried to high press they likely get smoked.

Let us never speak of this game again.

Not disappointed with the result so much as the mentality and effort and execution that second half. That was not the performance of champions.

Liverpool came in without Isak and Ekiteke and played on the road at Emerites exactly as they should have. Liverpool are so far off from first and have such a thin squad now they are focused much more on top 4.

Popbitch ManYoo update:

One thing we can say about Man Utd is that it’s a constant content machine pushing out gossip to a hungry football audience.

So as we say goodbye to Ruben Amorim, just a recap of some of the insider stories of the club during his time:

- Amorim often didn’t even bother going into the dressing room to speak to the players if they’d lost the game.
- Big boss Jim Ratcliffe thinks he knows so much about everything that he’s told the club doctors how to treat players and even lectures the masseurs on how to do massage right.
- Cycling’s Dave Brailsford was actually in charge of football affairs for a while. No-one at the club really knew what he did. Except wander around sticking his nose into every department with the explanation, “I don’t need to be here. I live in Monaco. I’m only here for you guys”.

That was absolutely disgusting behavior.

Also a tough watch this. I somewhat expected it after the City result, but that wasn't cautious that was simply subpar in the second half.

All teams seem a bit knackered this time.

You're still going to walk the league by 10+ pts

Idk about walking and 10pts, but being 6 points clear of City sure feels like a luxury

Oh my. How on earth will Liverpool cope without Isak?!

Martinelli was lucky he didn't get two yellows at the same time again.

Although he no doubt expected Bradley to be feigning injury as that's what he would have been doing.

If even one of the latter bullets are remotely true, then that is just batshit insane.

For the first one, I can’t really blame Amorim…I wouldn’t want to look at those losers either. Apparently he’s still being photographed hanging around Manchester, relaxing at cafes and in smiling for the cameras. Usually they go into hiding right away, so you know he just gives zero ****s. Good for him.

This is absolutely hilarious.

Another funny thing is what I'm reading online from random Arse fans on the interwebs. I have lost touch with other online portals - I come here to discuss footy for years as I find most other places insufferable and it seems like it is with good reason.

Not sure when I have seen such an overreaction from people about a 0-0 draw during a busy winter period and being 6 points clear of the league. Reading some of the comments, you would think we have lost a title decider on the last day. I get why everyone hates us now.

I agree I think. Only reasons I am not 100% sure is because we clearly have no issues scoring goals and winning when he's on the pitch, we only fail to score vs Liverpool for some reason and I don't think it's fun being a striker in this system playing with Trossard on the left and Saka on the right. I do love him for his work rate though and he's strong as hell.

Reddit? Tried that once, decided for my own sanity to never do that again. Same as AFTV, I have no idea how there's an audience for that, maybe it's better now but holy **** was it awful to watch under Wenger.

Combination of reddit and other footy forums. I rushed to one as it was something like I"VE HAD ENOUGH!!1! and I was like oh boy did we lose at home to Pool in the last minute (I was watching a dodgy stream)... and nope we have played awful in the 2nd half, but still the reining champs didnt manage a shot on target.

From the reactions I would have thought it was 0-4 like the olden days.

On a separate note I have come to terms that my hypebeast of a striker is no more than a battering ram that will cause defenders troubles, but mainly due to his physicality and not goalscoring. I think I've lost hope at the Brighton game where he fought for the ball, needed to twat it and see where it goes and he instead passed it to the keeper like when you press the wrong button in fifa.
