James Harden can't win games without my fandom.

James Harden might very well be the greatest choker of all time.

Surely the Captain of the NBA all time choke team.

Edit: Once again James Harden had more turnovers than field goals in an important NBA playoff game.

Harden obviously wasn't good, but Mitchell really disappeared down the stretch.

Spyda down the stretch:

Man what an insane game. When Wembayama hit that 3 it just stunned the crowd, it was amazing. The ultimate show stopper, straight Steph Curry ****.

I reckon it'll be 4-0 to the Knicks now. The active team must win the first game against the team who has been resting to have any chance IMO

I would have thought it was rare for a team coming off a Game 7 on 1 day break to win Game 1.

As it was happening, I thought they should just bench Harden. You're watching a human traffic cone getting lit up it is easy to think that way.

Easier said than done though, Mitchell can really struggle as the primary ball handler and it is going to be much easier to hide Brunson if Harden isn't in. There was a play late where they could've made defensive substitutions and they didn't even sit Harden for that though, that was bad.

Atkinson was too busy smiling like a buffoon on the sidelines to do anything of consequence.

Daigneault is going to play Dort until he’s cost himself a dynasty

My question upon tipoff was "does Wemby ever lose one!?!", right?, as Chet is not a small fellow neither... But according to a post on X going back back to March 9th, Wemby wins 92.7% of them!!!

I ****ing sucked at jump balls.

Never remember winning a single one. Except in inferior house league games n

J Dub not on the bench ugh

Hartenstein got played off the court.

Don't think the Caruso/JDub combo works as SA can hunt for lobs/over the defenders.

Wemby got like 2 late dunks easy buckets by utilizing his height while pinning defenders.

Think you gotta role with Chet and hope he doesn't get into foul trouble.

I guess that guy on reddit was wrong. OKC has been able to play Hartenstein a lot tonight.

He wasn't the only one who thought that. His PRA prop went from 18.5 to 9.5/10.5, won't see that too often

Much better look than Caruso/JDub.

Certainly looks a hamstring injury for each team now.

Hartenstein really playing the role of hockey goon tonight.

Castle downgraded to Shack

What a truly stupid basketball player with even stupider hair

I don't think the Spurs will be unhappy with how they played tonight. They made OKC work for it. Castle clearly is being asked to do too much as the primary decision maker. 20 TOs in two games is ridiculous. But I assume Fox being on the floor would alleviate some of that.

Okc play like straight bitches Greg Pops needs to right out there and draw some plays.

hit some harteinstein tail outcome overs/chet under SGPs but not for nearly enough

I don't either but it is more about the war of attrition at this point.

I feel like JDub is probably done, not sure on the Spurs guys....They need atleast 1 of Harper or Fox

I do think J Dub inj will show more in future games though, if SA is at full strength getting by with someone like McCain seems tough and the Thunder other guys can't really create

Ajay Mitchell got hurt at the end too

This is definitely a war of attrition. That 2OT game had to have been murder on the players’ bodies.

Lets take stock
Spurs split first 2

And Have homecourt now.

Fox didnt play both games. Hopefully he goes g3 on Friday and is at least 85%

Harper hurt hamstring
So did JDub. And Jdub is really important to okc.
That’s a Favorable injury “trade-off” for Spurs.

So overall it’s going good.

FD Series Price:
OKC -164
Spurs +138

OKC is a lot deeper so losing a top 3 guy should hurt them less than SA in theory especially since harper/fox basically play the same position

but man Harper was balling

guess we'll see what the injury status is
