Holdem Resource Calculator Coach/Bounty Coach

I play in a live game that has a bounty that the small blind can win. I also play a Stand Up Game with a 24bb payout for losing.

I need help constructing ranges.

I was told HRC is the way forward, but I don't understand how to use it. It seems like it is for tournaments and that you need to import hand histories.

I mostly want to figure out preflop.
