I had my free Cheesecake factory cheesecake last week. Free cobbler from a local BBQ place on Saturday. I also have a free Outback dessert waiting to be used.
I also have a free food from Chick-fil-a, McDonalds and Carl's Jr. sitting in their apps.
My wife made me a chocolate birthday cake. 😀
Colonoscopy next week. The 4-day low fiber diet pretty much wipes out every food I eat. Only thing worse is the fast the day before. Ugh. just bring on the procedure.
Probably anything is good, except red, I think.

I honestly thought the prep would be a lot worse than it was. The jug and its consequenses were of course no fun, but I didn't mind the fast or the lead in to the fast.
This 'young guy' is skydiving for the first time this weekend. Does that help clear the smell in here at all?

The prep is even less worse now that they have pills you can take instead of the jug.

I had my first one last year, it's certainly an experience.
I was put under with Propofol, which at least you can pretend to be Michael Jackson taking a nap. You come out of that with very little disorientation, it's just like hey, I'm back. Earlier in the year I was put under via some cocktail that included literally fentanyl and that leaves you a bit groggy.
