I'd say mercury/soul/duck. There's a bunch more animals but it's impossible to differentiate between them. Superhero is kinda standing out to me but that's probably more just me trying to get inside ervin's head lol.

Not capitalised tho, so it's probably a point against it. But he may have just been avoiding the city.

Mercury is a Roman god so another mythological thing like a phoenix

I guess spot is ok bc they turn into ash in one spot and then come back to life, but that’s very meh
They also make a ton of racket with the whole dramatic bursting into flames then being reborn from the ashes; prolly about as meh as spot for #5
It could still be superhero just for the magical/flying sort of connection. He can't capitalise because of Joaquin. And mercury is more for the flame/sun connection than the god. Ray also sorta fits for the same reason, and maybe that isn't a bad 5th one actually.

I don't. He picked a mythical creature that bursts into flames and rises from the dead. There is no other reason to clue that if he's just going for flying animals. One of duck/bat could easily be wrong.
