He has stopped giving ukr weapons twice. And now he'll apparently let nato pay for weapons for ukr, err nato without the usa, that is. And says he'll introduce secondary tariffs on russia, whatever they are. Obv no one believes his tariff threats anymore, so why would pootin?
the weapons will get there. I agree the sanctions are likely bluster.
the point is that Trump is not a Putin Russian asset like the liberals believe but actually a typical war loving American president doing the bidding of an Empire that desperately wants to destroy and asset strip Russia.

Anyways, cliff notes what has always been needed to end this war is massive sanctions on Russia and Iran that are enforced. And this should have been done on Day 1 of the invasion. And 3 years in this is still true.

The problem with China is that they are actually not really trying to be a world leader outside of Eastern Asia. For the rest of the world they seem pretty content trading with anyone who has something they want, while being completely uninterested in any sort of "leadership" outside requiring fealty to China in UN voting. Which is causing a lot of destabilization throughout the world, as they are supporting bad actors such as IRGC, Houthis, Central African despots, Putin, etc.
Whatever you think of Western "colonialism" in the second half of the 20th century they were able to force leaders to act humanely towards their subject and their neighbors, and the more Western influence wanes and is replaced by Chinese, the worse behavior is degrading in many parts of the world.
