You get your world news from Facebook?

Yeah about that….

I bet you felt quite confident Hillary was gonna be the first female President of the US based on poll numbers.

I bet you have no idea what I felt in 2016. Vance is an evil idiot, and you are too if you support him.

And you still think Trump win in 2020.

She got totally screwed during early voting by fbi announcements opening an investigation.

I'm guessing he has, Sean.

During a candid segment on his show this past week, Sean Hannity took a metaphorical magnifying glass to the Pope’s theological homework, posing a direct question that landed with the weight of a sledgehammer: “Have you even read the Bible?”

trump has to have the shiniest boots on the planet

I'd be surprised if Hannity himself has read the Bible cover-to-cover. (Or even half of it.)

I actually did read it cover to cover years ago. I doubt many people have.

It takes about a year if you read it 20 minutes per day.

I bet you don’t remember much.

I don’t. He made a fool of himself not conceding.

Lots of smoting and begating before Jesus came around. But you are correct.

I like the part where some children call Elijah bald and God has a bear kill and eat them.

Not even hating, if I was walking around prophesying as I do and some children called me bald as I am and a bear rolled up and ate them I would be like good job God **** them kids.

Kids need to respect their elders. Also, God can’t have kids disrespecting his prophets. Also, God was not happy at the time that these individuals were practicing idolatry.

I like watching the AI bible versions on YouTube. I tried to read the bible but couldn’t get through one page. Not only is it a tough read, you have to make sure you are interpreting it properly.

Which was the main reason why it made so little sense for Trump and Vance to get so involved to begin with.

From an ideological standpoint (if Trumpism has one), it did not make much sense no. You could just sit back and congratulate the winner and go on with business as usual.

However, that assumes politics as intended.

It is likely that a fair bit of the Russian money to US cronies pass through Hungarian contacts, so those affected by that likely preferred Orban by a huge margin.

Probably no one cares but Europe moving more and more to open source should be a nice injection of resources for real alternatives to windows and Mac. Hopefully will spawn a new mobile OS thats main goal is not data farming and spyware.

First time I've ever seen or heard the term 'digital destiny.' I like it!

Linux is fine. My previous laptop had Linux.

Plenty of people care over here, calls to reject of American tech has become increasingly common.

For the most part it is rooted more in as a call to self-reliance than it represents anti-Americanism. Though even the latter has become more common, especially as the current US government is very vocal and routinely insults Europe. It was not as prevalent during Trump's first term, as back then I think people took his victory and behaviour more as a symptom of Trump and a lapse in reason / political mistake, but with the second victory and the politics becoming even more unhinged, it seen more as a reflection of the US. That said, anecdotally / my experience is that it has not gone to the point that these views are held towards Americans as individuals.

And I think it says a lot about the current climate that a fair amount of posters reading this likely want to jump on the bandwagon and fling some poo. Which is shame, some political loudmouths aside, our cultures are similar enough that we should be able to respect the differences just fine.

I thought I read that the latest accuser had told friends about the rape right after it happened, but was going to save that info for the authorities. So pretty sure a criminal complaint is coming.
