H2N - Asian Hand Converter & SupremaPoker
Hello, I need help because I’ve been troubleshooting this issue for days and I still can’t get a stable setup between Hand2Note 4 and Asian Hand Converter.
Here is my current setup:
Windows 11 Pro (fresh clean install)
Hand2Note 4 version 4.1.251
Asian Hand Converter version 1.21.2.841
SupremaPoker
Ryzen 7 5700X
48 GB RAM
What I already did:
Completely formatted my PC
Installed Windows 11 from scratch
Installed all poker software again from zero
Restored my PokerTracker 4 database successfully (553k+ hands)
Installed all Visual C++ Redistributables and .NET dependencies
Ran programs as administrator
Configured aliases and hero nicknames correctly in H2N
Current behavior:
WITHOUT Asian Hand Converter
H2N imports hands directly from SupremaPoker
The Hand2Note logo appears on the tables
H2N does NOT crash
However:
the HUD does not display correctly
player names appear as numeric IDs instead of nicknames
historical stats are not linked correctly
sometimes only partial information appears
WITH Asian Hand Converter OPEN
Hand histories are parsed correctly
Replayer shows the correct hands
Import quality becomes much better
BUT:
the HUD disappears completely
and Hand2Note crashes consistently after approximately 10 minutes every single time
The crash timing is extremely consistent (around exactly 10 minutes), which makes me think there may be:
a compatibility problem between this AHC version and H2N 4.1.251
or a memory/parser conflict between both applications
Important:
On Windows 10, H2N and AHC were even more unstable
On Windows 11, both programs now work better together, but the crash issue still remains
The issue only happens when AHC and H2N are running together
At this point I honestly believe this may not be a configuration problem anymore, but a compatibility issue between current builds.
Could you please help me determine:
If these versions are officially compatible
If there is a recommended H2N build for AHC 1.21.2.841
If SupremaPoker currently requires AHC for proper nickname/HUD parsing
Why H2N crashes exactly after ~10 minutes only when AHC is running
I really need help because I purchased H2N recently and I still haven’t been able to properly grind due to these issues.
