my sports betting days are numbered. Only reason I flicked it in is to incinerate some total rewards credits.

I did a deep dive into Weezer a couple of years ago and was a little disappointed to realize their first album is far and away their best (at least, imo). 4 songs on the iPod, the most obvious 3 from their first album and then the slightly later Island in the Sun. I dunno, they have the occasional semi-listenable stuff later, but nothing compared to that first album. Not sure if it was just a 1994 time-of-life thing for me or what.

It will be tough for Wemby and the Spurs to comeback and win it all... I still think they have this, but I am on the other hand happy that I hedged my Championship bet as the opinions of the Zach Lowe's of the world predicting that the Knicks would overcome SA might be on to something...

Yeah, agreed. To me it's a win win, I'm happy for either team. I mostly hope it's a good series that goes 6 or 7 games

so fair line on each probably about -122 and -133, which should payout to +218 when parlayed, without even using a "boost"
dk literally makes about 40% profit margin on parlays, never bet them there

this is the thing with probabilities, while spurs were the favorites, they were never more than like 62% to win the game nor the series, it's really no different from this
and we've all seen this enough where nobody is ever shocked with JT wins the hand, it's not the hand we'd prefer to be holding when the chips go in
it's not really a hot take to think that a team projected to win nearly 40% of the time will actually win it

lol sports betting confirmed. I'm glad I went through the experience of flicking in lots of bets this year, but am very much looking forward to it being over (tee minus one week? two? We'll see how long this series goes)
