Just FYI... I think this is a software issue and not an individual choice.
I also complained about it earlier in this thread.
It started after the most recent, massive update maybe a month or so+ ago? Its horrific and needs to be fixed, but we know it won't be so.... yeah ill just hope im the one continuously and unintentionally slow rolling everyone else and not the other way around.

Yeah, I have seen this a bunch too. Seems like a software slowness issue.
I dedicate my win in yesterday's $20/$50 Blast leaderboard to Villain11 (are you on 2+2?), who was the perennial final boss of so many of my tournaments and got the better of me most of the time (they must have continued playing long after the 30 tournaments for the leaderboard because they were crushing these things). There was a point in the middle of the run where I was so frustrated that I couldn't beat them heads up that I was about to quit for the night. Their balanced limp-the-button strategy was really giving me trouble!
30 blast tournaments is such a marathon! Wasn't even intending to play all thirty but got a win in a 10x on my 3rd spin and felt I had to give it a go for the leaderboard. Ended up pulling a 3x on the final spin with like 30 minutes left in the day with 127 points and had to win it to edge out StayGoldBaby for the top spot. What a rush!
anyone know how to fix the lag/freeze? I play 8-12 tables and once in a while it just totally freezes and have to close the client to get it back.
I know its the software because everything else on my computer is working fine when it happens
ya they fixed that issue for most users. theres nothing you can do until they fix it on their end for you. are you in nevada?

Yes Nevada, I turned off animations and now seems to only lag when I open edge browser on the side for whatever reason, I use chrome and don’t have that issue.
I noticed they changed the minimum buyin in cash games to only 20x big blinds. Is this the way they are trying to increase traffic? It’s absolutely horrible IMO.

I STILL can not get location verified since the software update at wsop... has anyone gotten a work around fro nevada residents? I had never had any issues prior to the update. wifi is on, apps can use wifi... I am set correctly
They should increase the stack size, not lower it. 60-200bbs.

I am experiencing the same. Afte 5 months of not playing, I finally solved my lag problem, but now when I open the browser it will instantly crash. Hopefully, they can figure out a solution to this. I have found a few things that might be helpful to people.
1) If you are experiencing lagging, delete your cache and cookies history, reboot and it should work. Don't open browser while playing.
2) If you can't see your WSOP APP points, you need to click on your username in the top left of the lobby and then "my account". You'll see it there.
How do you opt in to this cash game promotion? I saw a button for it the first time I clicked on the banner, now that button doesn't show up anymore.
Am I missing something, or is the new DIY bonus ridiculous, and it’s almost impossible to achieve more than a 100 dollar bonus?

FWIW, OCR =/= to points. Each level is 1,000 points, if it helps estimate how many points you usually earn. so if you are at level 100 so far this month, you've earned 100k points this month. and you'd need to earn 100k more (reach level 200) in the next 8 days to hit the $200 bonus
easier way to look at it
5 levels gained = $5 bonus
50 levels gained = $100 bonus
100 levels gained = $200 bonus
250 levels gained = $500 bonus
500 levels gained = $2000 bonus
