Finally built a full HH review system for Unibet from screen recordings - game changer

So after months of frustration not being able to track my sessions on Unibet like I could on Stars/Party (no HH exports, no EV lines, no filters…), I finally cracked a system that works.

I’ve been recording all my sessions with screen capture and recently figured out how to convert that footage into actual hand histories— full hand-by-hand breakdowns with positions, actions, stack sizes, etc. Took a bit of trial and error, but now it’s pretty much plug-and-play.

💡 My key takeaways from the stats:
BTN steal frequency was 8–10% lower than it should be — missing a ton of value spots vs weak blinds.
River aggression in single-raised pots was nearly non-existent — I was overbluffing turn and underbluffing river.
My SB 3-bet success rate was way above average — pool massively overfolds to SB aggression at mid-stakes (€50/€100).
EV line divergence showed I was running 6–7 buy-ins under over ~9K hands — helped reset my mental game.
Way too many c-bets in 3-bet pots on dry boards — was bleeding chips in spots where check-backs would be higher EV.

Honestly didn’t realize how much I was guessing until I saw the numbers laid out.

It’s kinda wild that Unibet doesn’t support HH downloads, but I get it — softer pool and all that. Still, for anyone grinding mid-stakes or taking poker seriously, flying blind isn’t really an option.

Curious if anyone else here is doing post-session reviews manually or building workflows around screen recordings? Would be cool to swap processes — or even share samples to compare leak-finding methods.
