Definitely folding pre. Might limp it in co or btn. Flop I fold, we’re likely hanging on for half and can easily get raised behind.
I just realized the other casino that I go to was auto post blind for sitting down first hand.
Not sure about this one. So I treated it like a post blind?
Dealers were a bit clueless as well?
They tried to get me to pay time when I sat down as well. Like 10 mins later they gave me back my time rake. lol
Sounds like you were lucky to get out of that mess only down $10.
A3dd39Tr is a teeny bit above breakeven v five random hands in plo5 per SFD.
Yeah, fold flop.
All turns and rivers will suck and you split oop at best.
Yes, absolutely. I just mentioned it more as a gee whiz thing. Certainly canβt see playing it other than a button limp.
As others have mentioned this is a clear fold pre in PLO5, exactly because of the though spots like this one you will encounter. Flop is a flat once and reevaluate on turn but lost likely you are playing for a chop at best with facing a pot bet and being 7 handed. It's important to always remember the fundamentals of PLO. You are right to fold pre next time.
