can someone check this hand and tell me if it was a good or bad fold?

AP it probably is a good fold. Your line of limp/ 4-bet PF is usually a premium type hand, but villain is shoving anyway. However, I’m not sure I’d be 4-betting PF after a call and a three bet. You have two opponents showing strength. Your particular hand is usually a part of a 4-bet bluff range to balance your 4-bets with premium hands. Bluffing in multi-way pots where more than one villain has shown aggression is rarely a particularly great strategy.
Probably fold initially. Fold to 3! preflop. Once you get called and hit an ace, I would go with it. Whatever he minraised to limped and called the 4! with is more likely a pp than an ace, so I think we are good enough. Looks like micro stakes. Pretty bad play all around.
Very creative play - the more I think about it the more I like it, although it's going to be high variance. As played I don't think I would be folding postflop - I think AQ and worse Ax would check back the flop, leaving us to worry about AK/sets? OTT we have to call 20k to win 45k - think we win enough to justify the call.
Yeah, preflop may be OK, representing QQ+/AK. Neither villain looks strong from the action. Don't see how you fold postflop though. I would probably just shove the flop as played. Villain probably doesn't have an ace.

We limped then guy to our left min raised to 800 then a 3-bet to 3200 by SB then we 4-bet to 8400 (good sizing). Min-raise guy called and SB folded...
What Hero did is something a GTO/Solver guy would do at a table. I'm not a big fan of 4 betting with A5s but it does balance our QQ+/AK range a little. Personally if I was doing this with A5s I wouldn't have limped I would have raised to like 800. Next guy probably doesn't minraise but it would be good to see how it played out. SB might just call in that spot with 99-JJ.
On the flop how do we not lead out? It smashes our AA range. It makes it look like we have QQ/KK. So we do have to call the 2000. Then we don't c/r. I get it that we would be pot committed but it gets interesting if we make it 6000 and are called. Then we could possibly give up.
On the turn I would likely call. OK if we are beat but we are under-repping our hand wildly on the flop by not leading out and then not c/r. We do lose to AK/AQ but that is life. We beat TT-KK. Yes villain can have a set but its less likely that he went set mining for 8400 pre-flop. Also we have like 7 outs to improve to 2 pair or a straight...
That is true. Not what I meant though.
Using A5s as a 4-bet type hand is what GTO/Solver guys do at a table. In this particular case the GTO/Solver guy is acting like he had limped with AA. Which is probably what the majority of hands are when people limp in preflop and then 3-bet or 4-bet raise.

Yeah, fair. I don't totally hate the move either, although I think you gotta bet the flop and probably not fold once you do this and hit the ace. The preflop move is really opponent / stakes-dependent - I'd prefer it at a table of players I know are capable of 3-betting light here. Not sure if that's the case at these stakes (or that if they 3-bet light with something like AJo that they'd fold to the 4-bet).
