These two are clearly ideologues. As I noted earlier, I’ve referred to them as “far-right”—and if even I’m using that label, it should signal just how extreme their views are.
That said, part of the reason far-right politics has gained significant traction in the past decade is because its proponents often acknowledge real, pressing issues that mainstream politicians tend to ignore in favor of performative or irrelevant debates. One such issue is the global decline in fertility, which they actually address—making their content worth tuning into occasionally, perhaps one out of every four episodes.
This particular guest is especially insightful, but I don’t expect a great deal of genuine intellectual honesty from the hosts. Their ideological leanings are clear, and you’ve already noticed several examples of that bias—of which there are many more.
I feel my previous response to Yugo's suggestion about polyandry lacked clarity and depth and may have come off as dismissive. Re-evaluating the context of him being a ****** NOOB on anything related to sexual or evolutionary psychology (or any non-normie media/social commentary more broadly), I present a more refined and detailed explanation as to why the diminishing ratio of reproductive aged females as a portion of society overall cannot be solved by "reverse harems" or polyandrous arrangements because it fails to sate the evolutionary desires of either gender:
We are observing an increasingly skewed ratio between reproductively viable women and men with intact libidos—a trend exacerbated by demographic decline, lifestyle-induced fertility issues, and shifting sociosexual dynamics. One might ask, given this imbalance, why not resolve it through a “reverse harem” model, wherein women—now in a relatively stronger bargaining position due to their growing scarcity—could demand or opt for multiple concurrent male partners.
At first glance, this may appear to be a logical response to market pressures in the mating ecosystem. However, it fails to account for several fundamental aspects of female sexuality and human evolutionary psychology:
1. Lower Female Preference for Sexual Variety
Women, on average, exhibit a significantly lower appetite for sexual variety compared to men. This is rooted in evolutionary pressures: because a woman can only conceive from one male at a time, there has historically been limited reproductive advantage in maintaining multiple simultaneous sexual partners. While women may engage in opportunistic extra-pair couplings—the two competing theories for this behaviour being the "mate switching hypothesis" (trading up) and the "dual mating strategy hypothesis" (alpha fks beta bux)—the idea of managing a stable rotation of partners is not only atypical but also often unappealing. Long-term emotional investment and pair bonding tend to be more important to female mating strategies, reducing the appeal of reverse harems as a viable widespread solution.
2. Biological Differences in Libido
Biologically, the average female libido is significantly lower and more context-dependent than the male libido. This poses a practical limitation on the feasibility of polyandrous arrangements. Maintaining multiple romantic or sexual relationships requires substantial emotional and physical energy, which many women may neither desire nor be capable of sustaining. From the male perspective, men in these arrangements may find themselves sexually and emotionally unfulfilled if access is limited or inconsistent. This results in a surplus of ungratified males with little incentive to remain committed or cooperative within the structure. That was literally the problem we set out to solve in the first place.
3. Male Jealousy and Intrasexual Competition
Male psychology has been strongly shaped by evolved mechanisms of sexual jealousy, particularly in response to perceived sexual exclusivity and paternity assurance. Unlike female jealousy, which tends to be more emotionally based, male jealousy is often directly tied to reproductive strategy and legacy. In any system where one woman is openly shared among multiple males, the likelihood of jealousy-driven conflict increases sharply. This dynamic would likely destabilize the arrangement, creating interpersonal tension, competition, and even violence—especially among lower-status males.
I do understand those dynamics. I'm saying we can just do it anyway lol. I'm admittedly not very confident in it as a solution, though.
Maybe the FATS will solve all the issues for us as male libido continues to decrease.
Or, we just revoke voting rights for anyone who has fewer than 10 IRL interactions a week or something.
Because of their liberal programming, I think many upper middle class educated progressive Westerners have trouble grasping the concept that sex hormones affect brain/psychology development as much as physical development. And females aren't just smaller males with vaginas instead of penises.
And yes, culture and environment obviously have a big impact on psychology too. But psychology does seem to be a spectrum of 2 binary clusters with less overlap along the edges than one may assume.
Monte, get the fainting couch ready. But it is kind of a pet peeve of mine when modern fiction (either literary or on the screen) writes female characters as if they are just smaller males without penises.
I dont think I made this rant here (I did in the Politics forum), but we are currently watching The Last of Us; and they really expect us to believe that in a post apocalypse society all the young, attractive breeding age women basically act the same as the young men (actually most of them are written as more aggressive and risk taking) going out on raids to hunt zombies and going into the wilderness on revenge quests.
And dont even get me started on the scene where (in the middle of an extremely dangerous revenge quest mission) the bisexual co-lead tells the lesbian lead she is pregnant, and the lesbian leads response is "I am going to be a dad". And then suggests maybe her pregnant "mate" should leave the mission, but then they both quickly decide she should continue.
I do understand those dynamics. I'm saying we can just do it anyway lol. I'm admittedly not very confident in it as a solution, though.
Truly incredible.
"That's my secret, Dunyain: I'm always on my fainting couch." (I'd have used a meme generator, but I'm feeling uninspired today.)

I'm sure there are plenty of post apocalyptic zombie web novels available that you'd enjoy where every female character is a breeder and the MC is a hyper misogynistic alpha chad.
Chuckled....
Feel like randomly honoring Rich Piana today. Idk why.
RIP, big guy.

So puberty blockers cause about a half SD in IQ loss. Not really debatable that sex hormones and brain development are deeply entwined. Think this is the most basic aspect that troon proponents fail to grasp. Adults should be free to do a lot of weird **** (not that society should pay for it), but pushing kids into something with real tangible developmental drawbacks that doesn't treat the underlying disease is whew lad.
There is also a substantial body of research on embryonic hormonal milieu which i think we are all aware of. But there is a growing body of research on postembryonic (IE people) hormones showing that we prob can treat the gays by just giving people hormones. (
) Obviously the idea that we can "treat" the gays is deeply disturbing to many people. But given the underlying mental illness that occurs within homosexual population (in addition to marked increases in pedophilia), perhaps it is something that is worth discussing?Feel free to bring that up at your next shitlib gathering and see how it goes over.
looooool thremp, I can only imagine how triggered people would get. Even pointing out the much higher rates of pedophilia among gays is anathema to the woke religious zealot. Did not know all that about hormones, very interesting as well.

That's a pretty damn high daily workload. There's no way I would be handling this as well without my cpap <3
I'm 16 weeks out exactly from hong kong, 13 weeks out from zhuhai. I will start clen next week. I think I'm "lean enough" to start it and not feel like "oh **** I should have waited until I really needed it".
Strong, healthy, high compliance, no PED side effects, health markers all excellent, sleep excellent, not getting distrated by some woman like I was last year. Nothing can derail me.... and i don't even want to write it out explicitly, but even for the non "bodybuilding insiders", just have a look at who turned pro in the "normal" classic physique pro qualifier 7 months ago. Compare them to my best look.... yeah the conclusion is obvious yet I feel an aversion to even writing the words: If the level of competition is similar to this, I could actually accidentally win. And the 2nd comp is a master's comp, so given the much younger demographics of bbing in China/Asia in general, it's probably going to be the same or lower. I don't want to jinx it and the goal is still just get the most conditioned I've ever been and hopefully more conditioned than anyone on stage. If I do lose, I need it to be for a reason other than "I didn't get shredded enough". If I win and I feel I could have been more shredded or if somebody I beat is more shredded than me, both of these cases are me "failing". Losing but being ungodly ripped is still a victory.
Winning would not change my life really beyond being able to put it on my social media and have bodybuilding insiders say "oh... some guy who's undersized but ripped got a pro card at an easy show and needs 2-3 years before he can actually be competitive at a pro show... cool I guess..." and normies say 'omg ifbb pro I barely know what that means!!1! I'm r4tarded!"
A few years back it was much harder to turn pro in China, but around Post-pandemic time we just got flooded with pro qualifiers and now it's much much easier than the US. And the UK... jfc.. some of their top amateurs would get first callouts in Chinese pro shows in classic physique/men's physique. Some of their classic physique guys would beat our men's open pros even hobbled by weight caps..
I'm leaning more and more toward getting out of teaching. It's extremely rare but it is possible to make it as an in person trainer here in China as a foreigner, and some of the people who do outearn teachers doing so. I like teaching, I hate working for a school. The education bureau pandemic era regulations make anything entrepreneurial almost impossible unless you do it at a very large scale. I'm not sure somebody who's as disagreeable and aversive to sugar coating/time wasting like me can be truly fulfilled given all the institutional bloat and bureaucracy, and time-wasting. My previous school was the best in this regard, but even they had a ton of time wasting and an unreasonably long 7:50-5:25 school day that involved sitting around doing nothing a lot. They were good with focusing you on tasks that actually matter and not asking you to do stupid irrelevant bullshit for no discernable reason like my current school. Hopefully I can give it at least 2 more years, save aggressively, and have a decent amount of online clients already built up and figure it out from there. The way visa laws are in China I'd still need to work somewhere to stay in the country. Not sure if I could handle Thailand. So maybe working for a bodybuilding style gym to have them give me a visa, they don't require me to stay in the gym when I don't have in person clients, I get most of my money from online clients, and I do posing seminars/classes with competitors and then face-to-face training with normies at sky-high prices but it comes out to less than like 10 hours every week. That'd be a very ideal existence.
One such bodybuilding gym is an 18 minute drive from my new workplace, I'm very excited to train there and have a posing room, even if I never end up employed there. I've already visited before and it's absolutely amazing. Beats even Muscle Factory locations in BKK and Pattaya.

) Obviously the idea that we can "treat" the gays is deeplyWhether you can 'treat the gays,' there is also the question of whether you should. Not just at the moral level, but also at the level of optimizing society.
There is probably some sort of threshold (such as predatory "trans" dudes masturbating in female YMCA locker rooms) a society can cross where permitting 'deviance' is counterproductive; but before you get there, there is probably a giant gray area where 'deviance' and the creativity that comes with it is very productive.
I dont think it is super controversial to postulate that 'gays' as a group punch way above their weight in contributing creativity, dynamism, and life to society. Even when you factor in the downside of horrible STDs and child molestation.
All else being equal, you can look at cultures that are tolerant of 'gays' and those that aren't, and most "liberal minded" people would prefer the former.
But yeah, with the issue of juvenile puberty blockers; I really cant grasp the level of willful ignorance of high school level biology that would lead one to not realize there is a very good chance you are ****ing up brain development in a bad way.
And yet there appears to be no shortage of highly educated medical professionals that embrace this ignorance. And here we are. And they are mostly indifferent to the reality pretty much all evidence indicates what intuition would suggest. That blocking hormones during development causes more problems than it fixes.
We've got an excess male problem and a feminized society where only high status good gene 185cm turbochads can make it. Obviously the solution is to turn 20% of men gay.
bis and tris were fairly sore today, so skipped them today. The effects of less caloric intake becoming apparent, although scale hasn't moved much this week. Tren prob kicking in and compensating with more glycogen/fluid in the muscle because my output was outrageously high and my intake was very low over the past week. I might only be able to train arms 2x/wk instead of 4x/wk, and it'd be better to have them on the lower days.

I like this routine overall. I'm glad I'm rfessing twice per week not only to get more glute/ham development but for the skill acquisition effect on rfess since there's a big technique/balance component. I'll do 13x3 next workout and try to work up to 3 sets of 15 with 15kg dbs in each hand

I was inspired to go off program and attempt a pr paused rdl/sldl after an instagram post about this study i of course didn't read. TLDR: Guys given a placebo they were told was dbol had explosive strength gains. "You just gotta believe bro" validated by science. (to what extent this belief manifested in positive changes in their recovery habits, I do not know. but I'm sure at least non zero portion of the gainz were from just straight up training harder and feeling stronger because you think you're on dbol).
I'll drop to to 120kgx15 and work my way back up and hopefully smash that 140kgx15 paused SLDL barrier at around 10 weeks out; after that training intensity will voluntarily be pulled back across the board for fatigue management late into contest prep.

So you're confusing a few concepts here. I'll ignore dynamism and life since I'm unsure what dynamism means, if anything, and life since no one is suggesting killing them. But creativity has been studied and gay people are no more creative than heterosexual people. While there is likely an over representation of gays in transgressive art, it seems they are just drawn to writing about weird sex murders and holding their poo in till it explodes out. It is similar to suggesting that tall good looking white men make the best leaders since they are so obviously prevalent in those roles. Or black men are naturally drawn to a life of violent crime. (There are obvious social factors that affect both of these.) Women frequently score higher than men on creativity but are woefully underrepresented in creative fields. So don't think that casual appeal to the masses makes any sense. Beyond that it seems obvious that sucking on similar genitals to yours wouldn't magically grant you some sort of creative superpower.
Furthermore, I don't think we can degay everyone. Just that it is a possible pathway of extant research that has clear implications to improve one's quality of life if they are willing to be treated. "Hey bro, you have very low T. Maybe TRT would improve your QoL, which might also make you wanna bang women." This is further supported by gay men being biased to lower T levels.
But again, we run into arguments like the one you crafted where sexual preference is attributed to the existence of a trait (which doesn't exist) and shouldn't be investigated despite it having potential personal (less likely to kill self) and societal (less likely to rape kids) benefits.
So you're confusing a few concepts here. I'll ignore dynamism and life since I'm unsure what dynamism means, if anything, and life since no one is suggesting killing them. Can you go more into detail on this?
(I'm not being antagonistic, I am curious. How does one even "score" creativity, for instance?)
Broken YouTube Linkthis was the full pro qualifier all men's classic physique classes A through D. I'm less confident after watching; I think they just straight up made 2 ******ed judging calls having this guy win over a Japanese guy in his height group (A, shorties) and then having him win the overall... Lots of other athletes at this show would mog me; either politics or just bizarroland judging standards.
Apparently with a self-report survey: https://psycnet.apa.org/doiLanding?doi=1...
I have no idea what this **** is, but much like the Kinsey scale, it seems reasonable.
On the representation side, you can take a look at writing (book sales), guild membership, other professional org representation (Academy voters), etc. Keep in mind women solidly dominate men in these degrees. But again there are social reasons why women don't pursue careers. To be clear, I'm pointing out there there are a large group of people that are qualified for careers in creative fields that vastly outpaces the perceived value gays provide (in reality they provide none).
You can read the lit review in page 32 of this journal: https://epe.bac-lac.gc.ca/100/201/300/in... It covers the subject of research pretty well. While the research is scant, there doesn't seem to be any evidence pointing in that direction. We'd need to rely on some sort of overarching framework where gay men believe they are less creative than hetero men, and women broadly are delusional toward their creativity. While possible, this doesn't seem to be indicated by research in any fashion much less substantial.
Or we chalk it up to the fact that homosexual men are drawn to more effeminate creative pursuits and have the time/money/social proof (man) to pursue the endeavor. IE Why men have more work experience than women. (Not having baby helps.)
Ironically, members of the LGBTQIAA2+ community write most of your edgelord fiction ranging from The Matrix, which literally coined redpill, to more mundane drudgery like American Psycho and Fight Club. Needless to say all of those are universally loved, and while they are all white men at the time of writing, two of the bros are gay and the other two decided they were women later on. So that might be a tough one for the redpill community to accept. Then again the Barbie movie has a "sexist" depiction of Ken which actually seems like a incredibly based and awesome existence, which is now equally popular among bros. So cis het women can actually write stuff that rings out with the redpill community as well. We got room for everybody here.

Interesting. I suspect it's just mean reversion. Higher average creativity/creative intelligence, but relatively more mean centered with more of the ultra prolific creative people being men. Not a lot of female classical or jazz musicians who wrote great symphonies/albums. Everything sort of "more sophisticated than pop" is extremely male dominated. Women are kind of confined to a few pop-adjacent genres when it comes to music. Film/TV i have no idea as I consume so little of it compared to a normal person.
A normal straight woman wrote the story to Clair Obscur 33 and it's good. Romance novels. uh... yeah okay I'm out of ideas sorry ladies.
Women still dominate men in the modern information economy and it is partly due to innate biological advantage.
I don't want to keep droning on about population collapse except to write a few more sentences:
Evolution didn't stop. It accelerated. Culture itself is an evolutionary mechanism. A culture will come along where despite the encroaching urban techno-dystopia, they will resist falling birthrates and come to dominate the planet. That culture may already either be here now or in its formative stages, we can't really know.
Preference for daughters and possibly even sex-selective abortions could absolutely start to emerge and it's already starting in the more urban parts of China. 4
Medical technological progress will likely accelerate with AI and it's very possible we figure out a way to greatly extend female fertility windows, which would go a long way in alleviating this problem too.
It's fine. Don't worry. This is mostly stuff for after our lifetimes anyway. Just enjoy the ai sex robots that will be here in 10-15 years and chill.

Not grunching the stuff about gays, women and culture. Just dont have time to sit at the keyboard and bang out my thoughts right now.
It has been postulated by that trad people/cultures will continue to have babies and pass on their genes; non-trads wont, and the world will become more trad. And life will move on. France was one of the first countries that started having dropping birthrates, and has started to rebound in the last few years. And it has been floated this is due to selection for (native) people that kept having babies. Although it could also be all from recent immigrants too, and the former argument is just cope.
Right now the only growing populations are in sub Saharan Africa and the poor parts of the Middle East. If things continue as they are and these are the majority of people in the world in a century or two, unless AI is leading the charge it is hard to imagine the world is going to be a very dynamic, interesting, progressive place at that time. Although birthrates will be just fine.
You seem to be asking whether the rest of the world will culturally adapt to survive (genetically at least), and that I dont know. But like you I suspect yes, and we maybe just dont recognize or appreciate it yet.
lol dun
Well, you probably didn't know that because it isn't proven to be true. Thremp gonna Thremp, though and confidently state things as facts when they are anything but settled. Come on, Guy, you're better than this.
Here's one study that shows no effect:
The association between IQ pre-treatment and educational achievement post-treatment in transgender adolescents who received gender-affirming medical treatment including puberty suppression appears to be similar to the general population. This may reflect that gender-affirming medical treatment including puberty suppression does not negatively affect the association between IQ and educational achievement.
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PM...
If you want to go down the rabbit hole further, you can read some of the references, which show you that it is anything but proven:
The few studies that have been conducted on the effect of PS on cognitive performance in human yielded mixed results. A study in adopted children (N = 30) with precocious puberty who were treated with GnRH analogues, either alone or with growth hormone, showed that their IQ levels had decreased about 7 points after this treatment (Mul et al., 2001). However, yet another study found no differences in cognitive performance between 15 GnRHa treated girls with precocious puberty and their age-matched controls (Wojniusz et al., 2016).
OK
Well anyway I'm 15 weeks and 3 days out. I decided I want to start clen 12 weeks out from the first show instead of the 2nd, so I'll start clen saturday morning. Hoping to get to bed before 9:30 on Friday night, saturday 5:30am wake up, 10k steps, meal, nap, 2nd meal, train on saturday. If I keep it lower than 80 for the first 12 weeks I probably won't run into any fatigue/withdrawal symptoms like I sorta did last two times. I also plan on tapering off fairly slow after the 2nd show.
Finally got a good check-in setup for my home using my second phone. It's an older generation samsung and the camera quality is just way better than my regular phone. I'll upload when I get around to it.
Yesterday off day I got 19k steps and posed for an hour (with breaks, about 30 minutes of actual posing). Made a few posing breakthroughs just going through it over and over again repetitively. Both offseason and prep one thing I've handled well was my posing; just gigantic improvements from a year ago to where it's literally a strong point and something I am legitimately doing at a professional level now. Posing endurance is getting pretty high now too at just over 15 weeks out. Last day of work July 2 and after that 1 hour is probably going to be my daily minimum and often doing even more than that. We won't have routines, but just 30 second intros which I do plan to put effort/rehearsal into. Right now posing is quarter turns+mandatories.
The review published in 2024 actually addresses the issues with the Woj study that showed an absolute effect size of 7 IQ points. It is also a lower powered study that doesn't test the actual subjects and uses age matched controls.
There is also SHOCKINGLY not a huge rush to prove an experimental protocol widely decried by every national health review on the subject. This is all covered in the only review of the subject: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1...
But I'm sure we've all read that and weighed the body of evidence.
On the flip side we have this from wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBTQ_groo...
Which casually ignored the one study that actually checks arousal shows pedophiles exhibiting a substantial deviation from the overall population ratio when shown gay stuff.
So yeah, "proven" by scientific terms? Sure. In which case we'd also say anthropogenic climate change wasn't "proven" till the early 2010s despite a large body of evidence pointing in that direction decades earlier. Except that is a good subject where people actually research it and these are highly taboo topics that will basically end your academic career to keep investigating. So will likely remain in the "not scientifically proven" state for the rest of our lifetimes.
Looking good, but no banana hammock.
The lesbian stats are pretty wild. Have not bothered to look into the research on that. Other than the adult troon population of FtM is exploding and basically all non-intervention masculine lesbians who just say they're guys instead of bull dykes, which is pretty k. Whatever you want bro.
Tho I guess if this is the population that is doing all the beatos, this would vastly improve lesbian DV stats since they're dudes now.
