What is the best solver for live poker?
Simple to use and geared towards a live 9 handed table.

PS: Can someone run a solve for me? 300bb deep, playing out of position in a 3bet pot with AdQs. Flop 9h9s7h is this a cbet or nah?

I think the biggest concern would be computing power. Gonna take a very buff pc to solve 3 way+ with the effective stacks being 200xbb or more
Not sure why you feel the need to indicate that the spot you are interested in is live and not online
The off-the-shelf solvers generally are not going to be helpful multiway. I think maybe some of the expensive-tier subscriptions to GTO Wizard offers access to some multiway spots. They can be very helpful for heads-up spots, especially if you use node-locking to prune off branches of the game tree that LOLive players are unlikely to follow.
GTO+ offers the same functionality as the ~$500 version of PioSolver and is almost an order of magnitude less expensive.
No solver is going to be any better than the quality of the ranges it uses for inputs; and sussing out the ranges of the typical LOLive player is going to be challenging, because they can be so idiosyncratic.
