Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of Jan

Maybe this week you can post your obvious takes before the games kickoff, instead of after.

I wasn’t really into Henry or Hurts stacks either, but if you’re playing at volume, you can still mix in some teams with guys you’re lower on for the week.

I was in two rooms with Shaidy, so decided to post his teams given how successful he is at this. I believe he was mostly auto drafting, based on his comments in Pete’s stream this morning.

Not to mention, the UD draft games are a way different dynamic than salary DFS.

Hampton on IR - 4 games missed at the minimum.

Is there a Chargers back you'd be confident spending Faab on?

Well they play Miami next, so I'd feel pretty comfortable with whoever they roll out in that game.

Sucks that Omarion will miss the Mia game. Vidal is probably the leader, but there's really no telling how they will split it up. Haskins will be in the mix too. I'm not sure who else they may have.

That’s what I was leaning toward too, thank you and yes, std scoring as in non ppr and 6 pt passing TD.

Yeah, agree with Heels. It's not a great situation but you can't afford the L and coming off a bye there is a decent chance you can require Kraft in a couple days.

Kinda shocked your opponent is leaving this as an option for you - I wouldve already blocked this if with anybody remotely droppable.

In his defense he did post Michael Carter as unusable before the AZ game. 18.3 points off the trash heap LOL, he was wrong of course but at least he took a stand

It's definitely a no brainer for you to get Gibbs. But I'm not sure that's enough for villain to move Gibbs, at least for me. Gibbs is by far the best asset, plus you're asking for the upside of Burden too. Worthy and MHJ are good assets, but it's likely neither will ever be elite and mostly offer WR2/3 type production. The 2nd/3rd are material but don't really move the nee

He ended up rejecting

I thought 14 team start 11 (3wr minimum) would be deep enough that he’d accept given his gaps

Since you’re planning to leave the league soon and are desperate at RB, I wouldn’t care much about dynasty value and just try to buy production.

Maybe you can package into Saquon since he hasn’t been amazing to start. Sucks Henry’s situation is so bad right now or else he’d be a good option. Maybe 1 to 1 one of the WRs into Breece or KW.

Kyren would be another good option but not the best time to buy after his last performance haha.

Etienne, Dobbins, Jacobs could be some others.

I’m in a bit of a pickle and I don’t know where to turn to other than this place. I'm 2-2 in a standard 10 teamer 2/2/1 with 6 pt passing TD and hit by injuries and byes. I've started Hampton, Judkins, JJ, Jamo, White, Henry and Lions DEF and I'm down 20 with QB and K still to go vs his Kelce.I currently don't have said QB and K on the roster, but Lawrence and Butker are availa

0:07 - 4th
(Shotgun) P.Mahomes pass short middle to T.Kelce to KC 28 for 11 yards (J.Jones).

Man 12 yards here would've killed me won by .08 incredible stuff ty all.

Wow! That would have been a brutal loss after how Trevor got there on the last drive. I thought you were probably dead when Kelce scored that early TD.

Glad the moves paid off.

Started tracking last week.

Nice! Here is my progress tracker. Hopefully week 4 wasn't my peak.

You guys are doing a much better job tracking than me haha, I just pulled the main contests (have a bunch of side ones that I’m too lazy to track)

Confirmed I suck at superflex haha

Pre Draft (150 big boards and 50 little board2) - 73/200 (36.5%)
Puppies - 79/360 (22%)
SF - 14/103 (13.5%)

Haha nice! I didn't track anything last season and decided I wanted to be able to see how my teams flowed from the start to the end.

And with LB2, we are only seeing raw advance. We should hopefully have a few more teams through with the overlay. I wish I had maxed it, but that was quite the task back then lol.

I'm guessing it'll simply be a gross points scored ordering of the non-advancing teams until the pods are filled. If my calculation is correct, it'll be an extra 6,620 teams.

Let's hope Flacco is a boost for Chase and Tee. I have my doubts, but Browning is been awful outside of a few garbage time plays this past week.

It doesn't make sense to post obvious takes before the game does it? I'm just shocked at all the people who thought it was wise to play Henry this week. I don't care what format you play, if you played Henry that was dumb. A lot of the "smart guy's" on YouTube and podcasts thought that Henry would get a ton of work because he was basically their offense. Is it not known that Henry is very dependent on game script? Was it not known that the Texans were gonna wipe out the Ravens without Lamar? Was it not known that the Texans have a fantastic defense. Do you think the Texans were afraid of Cooper Rush?

This game is nearly all luck. When you make silly mistakes like playing Henry or drafting a Hurts/AJ stack against the best defense you don't have a chance. Also, Philly's offense is trash and their new offensive coordinator should be fired.

I never said Michael Carter was "unusable". I said I prefer Demarcado. Little did I know Demarcado is dumb as a stump and would fumble the ball on the one. I liked Demarcado because I knew he had big play ability. Carter got lucky with the TD. My process was dead on.

Are you ever wrong ?

Of course not. He obviously wins all of the money. How can he lose when he thinks his process was dead on correct by preferring the guy with 3 touches to the guy with 23?

by mongidig

There is a pretty good reason Chase and Hurts fell way past ADP. Chase is in a good spot this week but it's hard to think he will have the big game you need. His normal ceiling has been significantly lowered. The offensive line is terrible and Browning is not able to overcome this. I do think Barkley is a sneaky pick this week. the weakness of the Broncos D is their linebacker

He also faded the WR2 on the slate, thought the RB4 in ADP (I’m guessing about the same in salary cap pricing) and guy who got 9 touches was a sneaky play, and despite his hindsight confidence in fading the Hurts/AJB stack, he was a bit wishy washy before the games kicked off.

But don’t let us stop you from keeping all of the good obvious plays and fades before the games kickoff. We wouldn’t want to steal the wins.

Idk why we even respond to him anymore . He may be the most hated poster on twoplustwo.

lol he’s certainly built a reputation.

And the thing is, I actually think he has some pretty decent takes and can be a directionally accurate contrarian from time to time. I like reading some of the ideas, especially when they’re posted before the events haha.

But the delivery, narcissism, binary positions, and hindsight posting really makes it tough to tolerate.

Guys for your benefit just put Mongidig on ignore. He's a politard rage bait/completly illogical poster. I was surprised when he appeared here and actually seemed to be posting genuinely at first but that seems to have changed.

Heres another correct take I posted over a year ago

Haha - I was trying to remember who posted this 100% correct take day 1 when he showed up here

Bowers was dropped in my 8 man and no one went after him, so I now have McBride and Bowers lol. I also have 2 QBs. It doesn't feel great, but I also don't really want to drop either.

Start QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex

Jayden, Fields

Gibbs, Jeanty, Bucky, Judkins, Rico

Egbuka, Rome, Pickens, Tet, QJ, Jauan

McBride, Bowers

I suppose I could drop Fields. But he has a juicy schedule, and I'd like to have Jayden injury protection, along with keeping anyone else from having Fields. With that said, QBs on the wire are plentiful. Drake, Herbert, Goff, Kyler, Love, Purdy, etc.

I think I have enough at RB/WR to just ride it for now. We'll see what becomes available in the future.

I’ve never played 8 man before so I may be wrong, but would assume elite onesie upside is really important there so you can probably hold 2qb and 2 te if they’re both elites/elite upside
