Terms and Conditions of Poker Bonus Program
Each site has it's own rules regarding eligibility. Independent of those rules, Two Plus Two does not offer this service to residents of the United States, it's territories, or possessions. If you fall into this category please do not sign up for an account.
Free books are sent after you've signed up with a site, made your first deposit, and played the requisite number of hands, or wagered the requesite number of dollars as reported to us by the poker site in question. Please allow 45 days after you qualify. The sites inform us of players who have qualified once or twice a month so there will be a delay between when you qualify and when you are able to select and receive your bonus books.
Books will be shipped via airmail to the address you use when you register in our bonus program.
