How do I create a Two Plus Two Bonus Account?
To create a Two Plus Two Bonus Account, enter your information into this page. The e-mail address supplied in your registration will become your log-in name for the Two Plus Two Bonus Program and will be in our records as our main contact for sending you information regarding your bonus. If you have questions regarding your bonus account, please contact bonus support from the e-mail address that you enter into your registration form. The information collected when you signup for a bonus account at Two Plus Two is subject to the Two Plus Two privacy policy.
I've created my account, how do I sign in?
To log into your bonus account, use the e-mail and password boxes at the top right of the page.
When and how do I select my books?
First, create or log into your 2+2 bonus account and then click "Register" next to the promotion that you have signed up for. On the registration screen, enter your screen name at the Poker Site. When you have completed the requirements for the free poker books you will get an e-mail notification from us. We receive verification lists from each site about once every 2 weeks.
Once you recieve the e-mail notification, log into your bonus account and click "Choose Books" next to the promotion for which the books have been awarded.
How do I change my address if it's not correct?
Sign into your 2+2 bonus account using the username and password boxes at the top right of the page and select verify account address. If your address is incorrect, please make sure to change it before selecting your books.
It's been 3-4 weeks since I completed the requirements, and I still haven't been notified. What should I do?
It's possible that you weren't tracked to us or just missed one of the requirements. Please contact us at Bonus Support if you're unsure. We should be able to determine your status with the poker site by then.
How do I track my order shipment?
At any time after shipment, you may sign in to your 2+2 bonus account and view your USPS tracking number to check at the site below:
My books never arrived. What now?
If the tracking information shows that your order made it to your country but you still haven't seen it, take the tracking number to your local post office and ask for your package. Often the package is too large to be left at your address and it will be held for you at your post office. Note that once an order reaches its destination country the USPS does not track it further.
Why are the German language books missing from my order?
The German books are shipped separately from a different location and tend to arrive later. You should have them within a week or two of the first order.
What should I do if other books are missing from my order?
Please contact us at Bonus Support from your registered e-mail address and include all relevant information. We'll be happy to help you out.
