We have a number of things to announce. First, Two Plus Two Publishing LLC hit a major milestone last month with the sale of our 2 millionth book. This is quite an achievement for a company like ours and it could have only been done with all the support we receive from everyone who purchases our products and participates in our website. So thanks again to everyone for helping to make Two Plus Two the success that it is today.
Second, we have now released our next book Pot-Limit Omaha: Understanding Winning Play by William Jockusch. At the time of this writing, the initial orders are still going out and it usually takes two to three weeks before a new book from us to appear in the book stores. But for those interested in this title, if you order directly from our Two Plus Two Store, it should ship immediately.
Third, we finally have our first e-book available. It too can be ordered through our Two Plus Two Store and there is also an option, with a combined book discount, for those of you who wish to own both the printed and the ebook version. Also, to our non-US customers who don’t want to pay the shipping costs to your country, when you purchase an e-book, there are no shipping charges. In addition, you get the book immediately and don’t have to wait for it to appear in your mailbox.
Also, over the next few months we will be adding many other Two Plus Two titles to our e-book catalog. I’ll be announcing them here and in our Books and Publications Forum.
Fourth, our next book, The Professional Poker Dealer’s Handbook: Expanded Edition should be available towards the end of this month. For those of you who already have the original version, the expansion is not as large as it has been with some of our other books, so we don’t recommend that you repurchase it. But the new version will contain some material on dealing no-limit hold ’em, using the automatic shuffling machines, as well as other additional information.
Fifth, work is moving along on the new title by David Sklansky and Dr. Alan Schoonmaker. We hope to receive the final manuscript early this month which means if everything goes well we could have the book available in early December. We think it will be a very interesting read for many of you.
And sixth, you may have noticed that our site has a new look. This is part of the general upgrade for www.twoplustwo.com that we have been working on for the past few months. All comments are welcome in our About the Forums forum.
